- Activity logs
- Location evidence associated with completed work
This retained data is kept for legitimate business purposes, including:

- fraud prevention
- client reporting obligations
Where possible, retained data is anonymised and no longer linked to an identifiable individual.
Retention period:
- Personal data: deleted or anonymised within 30 days of request approval
- Business and audit records: retained for up to 7 years (or as required by contractual or legal obligations)
